How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password, MDSteps makes it easy to reset securely.

Steps

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link.
  5. Choose a new password.

Troubleshooting

  • Check spam/promotions folders.
  • Ensure you used the correct email.
  • Still stuck? Submit a ticket.

Password rules: 8+ chars, upper & lower case, number or symbol.
