Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments & Billing (Stripe)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store full card numbers on MDSteps.

Supported Payment Methods

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
• International debit cards (bank permitting)
• Prepaid cards (Visa / MasterCard)

Not Supported

• PayPal
• Wire transfers
• Cash / checks

How Charges Appear

• Your statement descriptor will show MDSteps (or similar) via Stripe.
• Receipts are emailed to your account address and available in Dashboard → Account → Billing.

Update / Manage Your Payment Method

1. Go to Dashboard → Account → Billing.
2. Choose Update card to add or replace a payment method.
3. Confirm your billing address and postal/ZIP code.

Troubleshooting Failed Payments

• Check card details: expiry date, CVC, and billing postal/ZIP code (must match your bank).
• Ensure funds are available and daily/online limits aren’t reached.
• International cards: Call your bank to approve an international/online transaction.
• 3D Secure prompt: Complete the one-time verification if your bank requests it.
• Try another card or contact your bank about generic “Do Not Honor” declines.
• Browser issues: Retry in a private/incognito window and disable extensions that block scripts.
• Still stuck? Open Dashboard → Support and share your order email, time of attempt, and last 4 digits of the card.
