Receipts & Billing History
Receipts are always accessible in your dashboard. Renewal receipts are emailed automatically and also stored in your account.
Find & Download Your Receipt
- Log in to your student dashboard.
- Go to Dashboard → Account → Billing.
- In Billing History, select the transaction.
- Click Download Receipt (PDF).
Subscriptions
- Renewals: Renewal receipts are emailed automatically to your account email.
- Storage: Every renewal and one-time purchase appears in Account → Billing with a downloadable receipt.
Billing Details on Receipts
- Update your billing name, address, and tax/VAT info in Account → Billing to have them appear on future receipts.
- Need changes on a past receipt? Contact Support from your dashboard with the order ID.
Email Didn’t Arrive?
- Check spam/junk and filters for messages from MDSteps / Stripe.
- Confirm your email in Account → Profile.
- You can always re-download the receipt from Account → Billing.
