Pauses & Extensions
We allow extensions for certain circumstances. Your subscription will automatically pause (no action needed), and you can extend access from the student dashboard.
Pause
- Status: Automatic—no manual pause button required.
- What it means: Your access is preserved during the pause; you won’t lose your remaining time while paused.
- Where to check: Dashboard → Account shows your current status and remaining time.
Extend
You can add extra time by purchasing an extension plan from your account.
- Go to Dashboard → Account.
- Click Extend / Manage Subscription.
- Select an extension plan (duration) and confirm.
Note: Extensions apply to your current subscription and update your access immediately if expired, or add to your remaining time if still active.
Exam Reschedules & Special Circumstances
If your exam was rescheduled or you have a qualifying circumstance, please contact support and include documentation so we can review options.
